From this morning, all food boxes and baskets have been distributed!
Parkside Food Distribution is set up and ready to go! We'll be here till 2 PM or when all the boxes and baskets are gone! Each family will receive a Mountaire box with a chicken and other food items and a basket with food from our food pantry. Thank you to Mountaire and Maryland Food Bank for the food. Thank you to Parkside Football for the use of their trailer. Thank you to our Community School Coordinator Tim Bozman, and student advisor Joan Sprankle for coordinating this! Thank you to Danielle White, Alyssa Barilla, and Mekhi for helping out as well!

Parkside Food Distribution TOMORROW, April 12th from 12 noon till 2 PM, or when the 50 boxes have been distributed.
Each Bayside Conference school was able to send up to 3 student-athletes to Salisbury University for a Student Leadership Conference today. They have been led by SAAC through the Mental Aspects of Sports, Academics and Athletics, Q & A coaches panel, Game Day preparation, and other aspects of being a collegiate student-athlete. We were proud to send Canie Harkins, Addison Apolenis, and Ethan Waters...all outstanding RAMFAM student athletes!

Tonight is the Wicomico County Teacher of the Year Celebration, and we are thrilled that our very own Mr. Rich Kaiser is a finalist (made it to top 3) for the Rising Star Award (2nd year teacher)! This week is National Assistant Principals Week, and we are very fortunate to have 3 great ones right here at Parkside CTE! Their dedication and hard work are unmatched, and we're so happy that they are our assistant principals!
It was just announced that Apeksha Agarwal, Parkside High Class of 2027, finished 2nd in the state in the high school division of the Maryland Coalition for Gifted and Talented Education Essay Contest! There were close to 300 entries statewide in the elementary, middle, and high school divisions, which makes finishing 2nd in the state that much more impressive! We aren't surprised at all by this because we know how amazing Apeksha's writing is. In fact, this picture was taken last month when her book Tara's Haven became available on Amazon. Congratulations, Apeksha, on your continued success in writing! We're so proud of you!
